This looks delicious. A friend of mine raves about Ina Garten. Do you know any great recipes for a chocolate dessert?

It definitely is Crimson_Lark. I still remember the time when I first had it. It is a really good desert and cake.

And sure; I am aware of a few recipes for chocolate. What were you looking to make? Any particular chocolate item?

And here is one more that you may like:

Chocolate and Pistachio Cookies

0.jpg

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Pistachios (raw, shelled)
  • 225 grams almond meal
  • 120 grams caster sugar
  • 125 grams icing sugar
  • 30 grams dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 75 grams eggwhites (from around 2 to 3 eggs)

Preparation

  1. Chop the pistachios roughly and set aside.
  2. In a bowl place the almond meal, sugars and egg whites. Mix well until you form a paste.
  3. Scoop the cookie batter and form into logs around 5 cm long, (at this point, if you find the batter too sticky add a little bit more almond meal to the paste) then roll them in the pistachios.
  4. Place them in a baking sheet, around 2 cm apart and bake for around 13 minutes at 150c (fan forced).
  5. Update on recipe: Dust with icing sugar when cool.

Good Evening 1991,

it should be noted that you are probably never going to meet any Christian that will agree with you on every thing.

But having said that 1991, I am going to keep you in prayer that God will open your eyes to the truth of the Bible Version Issue, just as He opened mine. The Bible Version Issue is one of the most important issues facing the Church today. By reading the following verse of Scripture, we can see how highly God values His holy word and how this Issue over the word of God is very important and vital to Him:

2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. - Psalm 138:2 (Holy Bible)

Looks like a great recipe, CBH!! But this thread is for recipes, not Bible discussion. I think for the sake of balance, you must now go into the Bible Discussion Forum and post a recipe.

With Thanksgiving coming up, I suggest you post one for a Cranberry Cosmopolitan. I'm sure that would go over well there.

Cheers! ;)

I am aware of that Catherder :)

But I was just responding to my sister in Christ.

And it would be quite interesting to post a recipe in the Bible Discussion Forum :)

Never heard of the Cranberry Cosmopolitan by the way, well at least until now.
