This recipe is very simple and delish! Great for the winter months and this veg is in season!

Cook time : 1hr


You will need :

1 Swanson Flavor Boost packet in chicken flavor
1 cup vitamin d milk
1/2 cup water
garlic powder
rosemary
salt
pepper
red curry powder medium (for garnish)

1 large 1-2 pound butter nut squash
3 tablespoons of move over butter


cut the butternut squash in half and then quarter each half
preheat oven to 450
line pan with tin foil and bake covered for 40 min
then uncover and bake another 5-7 min
cut off rind once cooled, cube. It will be mushy
put it in a pot and use a fork to mash as thorough as possible
add 1/2 tsp of garlic, the swanson pack
salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 tsp rosemary
pour in milk and water and heat on medium
stir occasionally

serve and garnish with the sprinkles of red curry
