Preheat oven to 450
Use fresh heads of cauliflower or crowns of broccoli. I usually reccomend 2 of the cauliflower if they are the large ones, and 3-4 of the broccoli depending on the size of the crown.
None of the amounts of ingredients are exact. It all depends on your taste preference.
Wash and separate cauliflower or broccoli into florets.
Place in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with garlic, sea salt and ground black pepper. I usually use garlic powder just because it's easiest. Mix well, making sure that the florets get coated well with the olive oil.
Dump onto a large cookie sheet, you can line it with foil if you'd like, but it's not nessecary. I usually add a little bit of extra seasoning once it's on the pan, especially the garlic because I love it so much.
Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes, depending on how much is on the pan, until tender. Turning about halfway through helps it from getting too brown on one side, but it's up to you. If you like it a little bit more crispy, turning isn't nessecary.
Enjoy. I love this stuff. You can also combine the cauliflower and broccoli together if you would like.
