Special K Loaf
3 Eggs, well beaten
3 Cups Special K Cereal
1 Large Carton Creamed Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts - I prefer Pecans
3 TBSP. Onion Soup Mix - I like simulated chicken flavour as well
Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased Pan for 30 minutes at 350 F.
To make it more savory, I add the following gravy
1 Can Condensed Mushroom Soup
1 TBSP. Soy Sauce
2 Dashes Worcesterchire Sauce
water to thin as desired
Mix all ingredients and pour over desired dish.
My kids fall over this stuff!
