  • Shepards pie (it's really good)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 pound turkey or pork bacon, cut into 2 inch slices
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 pound organic grass fed ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 large heads cauliflower, trimmed, chopped and steamed until very soft (or sweet potato-which I prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Heat olive oil in a very large frying pan
  • Saute onion for 15 minutes until soft
  • Add bacon pieces to pan and sauté until cooked, about 10 minutes
  • Add carrots and celery to pan and sauté in bacon fat for 10 minutes until soft
  • Add ground beef to pan and sauté until brown, just a few minutes
  • Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika
  • Add chicken broth and cook down broth until 60% evaporated
  • Place cauliflower in food processor
and puree with olive oil until smooth
  • Pour ground beef mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
  • Pour mashed cauliflower over beef mixture
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

Hey everyone! I have a gluten intolerance, so if anyone has some gluten free recipes they like, feel free to share :D! I'm always up for trying new recipes, and thanks :)!
me too, i created two new recipes this week, first one is a beautiful home made coconut flax bread, great way to start the morning.
1/2 cup coconut flour sifted
1/2 cup flax seeds ground
1 /2 teaspoon see salt
1 teaspoon baking soda5 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/8 cup water
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 tea spoon of ginger
half a teaspoon of natural extract stevia.
this is the best stevia, no sugar and 1/32 of teaspoon is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar,

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a small loaf pan (73/4" L × 41/2" W × 3" H).
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
3. Combine all the wet ingredients.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and beat well. Batter will be thick.
5. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool completely before slicing.

I double up on this mix and make two mixes for two bread tins, as it rises slightly better, make sure you completely mix through the flour and stevia (ten mis) befor ading it to the wet mix, to get good rise, tastes nicer cold,

For a nice drink 1 cup of pealed almonds (to peal just soak in water boiled from a kettle for 30 secs drain and then repeat that process, skin just pops off). , put the almond nuts in a jug and add two cups of water, blend with a hand held blender for 5 mins, add to fridge blend again 1 hour later, repeat that one more time, leave in fridge over night, add 3/4 of your almond milk to a pint pint glass in the morning , and a heaped teaspoon of ground flaxseeds, and blend with hand held blender untill it goes thick, maybe add a bit more flaxseed, for a nice thick smoothy ad 2/32 of stevia to sweeten, delicious and full of nutrients and fiber and more.

Home made quiche, with an almond flour base.

For the base 1 and half cups almond flour and 2 small eggs mix to a pastes, and grease a pan (i use coconut oil to grease) get a nice paste on the bottom and sides, (smooth it out with wet fingers from water) (use a quiche size tin, and bake for 15 mins on 375 Fahrenheit and pull out of the oven. You can make your own almond flour with a high powered blender if you have one, other wise, buy the the almond flour already ground.

For the FOOD mix half a cup of almond milk, mixed thick, normal almond milk you do 2 parts to 3 parts water to one part almond nuts,

For this mix just 1 part water one part nuts, add 7eggs and blend,

you can add just about whatever you want to the egg and milk mix, but i half cook a full sized leak sliced and an onion a few shallots and half a pepper.
I also cook about 2 3rds of the way through cook about 250 grams of chicken and stewing beaf in a frying pan and i add that to that the milk mix with a variety of herbs, along with the veg.

If you want you can add just a pack of bacon or whatever you want put in to the milk mix,, but you should add around about with meat and veg total about 500 to 600 grams.

add the food to the milk, stare and add to the base and put back in the oven and cook for another 20 mins, let it cool, tastes delicious.

For the drink on post 4 also i add chia seed just 1 heaped teaspoon of that,

For an evening beverage serves 4 people, 1 and half pints of almond milk, 2 table spoons of flaxseed, 1 table spoon of chia seed, handful of kale and spinach, couple of yellow peppers, 1 large yellow pepper contains four times as vitamin c as an orange
two cups of frozen blue berries and stevia to sweeten, blend until nice and smooth, beautiful

one more tip for post 5 consider cutting the meat as thin as bacon with scissors and dont waste the juice from the meat in the pan, poor all of it into the egg an milk mix for a better tatse.
