Hi sisters, and possibly brothers too? haha

I am trying to eat healthier now, and I was trying to include more vegetables to my dietary changes, and I did look up online for some ideas. This is just my way of eating on a budget, and eating healthy.

Tortilla Salad Wrap
1 Spinach Tortilla Wrap
1 Lettuce leaf
6 Cucumber slices
1/2 Cup of Carrot Julienne slice
2 Tbsp of Spicy Ranch

This is a very simple recipe and can serve as an idea for you to make. You can always personalize it to your taste, add various vegetables, perhaps add some meat, such as chicken or fish. Lol, basically whatever taste buds God gave you, you can add the foods you like to eat.

My wife and I have gotten into tortillas; she is really into wraps. There are better from a calorific perspective than potatoes.

What To Do With Leftovers?

I have leftover ingredients from this recipe, and so I use almost the same ingredients to make another salad.

Macaroni Salad (1 serving) You are free to change the portions, depending on how much you want to eat.

3/4 cup of dry Macaroni (to be boiled for 10-11 minutes & drained)
Diced leftover Cucumber slices (3-4 slices)
Minced leftover Carrot slices (3 teaspoon)
2 Tbsp of Spicy Ranch
1 boiled potato (I diced them and then boil until cooked)

Add potato and macaroni together in a bowl, then add 1 tablespoon of salad dressing. Mix with a spoon. Add the rest of the cucumber and carrots with 1 more tablespoon of salad dressing. Mix. Ready to eat.

This is a cool recipe :). I'd add a meat, maybe a chicken or turkey to keep it healthy. Even tuna or salmon would sound good with this :).
