I made a mean dish of pot roast with beans.

Here's how:

Set the slow-cooker 3/4 full of water
add the beef! (if you know where it is lol)
add seasonings!!! *seasonings on bottom
let it cook on high for an hour, then put on low for another hour
put some rinsed uncooked beans in the pot
add more seasonings!!!
put crock pot on high for an hour
continue to cook on low until done, maybe 3-4 hours

*homemade chili powder
`chili powder
`salt
`mustard seed
`basil, dried
`parsley, dried

*dried parsley
*dried basil
*minced garlic
*Salt when ready to eat :)

Yum yum
