ok next think thats causes un settles stomach and bad digestion is caffeine ,, tea coffee,,

try this

and this

Try these two thing wheat free and caffeine free the bread is delicious and the tea is beautiful,,

many doctor will test people for a wheat allergy but it always come back as no for most people,, but what the test can not test is the bodies ability to digest the stuff if your body has food in it everyday that it can not digest properly,, then other foods that you also eat become a problem.. you digestive system gets messed from one food and can not break down important enzymes in other food because of that

verry important when your digestive system fails to break down enzymes in certain foods ,, your body is a whole lot of trouble,,(migraines dizziness short breathless,,, anxiety ,, depression,,indigestion,, heart burn,,no energy,, but just removing two things like wheat and caffeine,, your more than likely going to be OK,,, things that will improve are increased awareness ,, better brain activity,, very important for kids, a better concentration,, no fatigue tiredness. better stool movements IE solid not runny.. better performance in sport,, the list endless.. as we know lack of concentration can be a really bad thing ,, and in thees last two weeks after being in this new diet,, wow i cant believe it,, thank-you Scotland for genius bread :) you see that in our earth is not all bad,,there is good that comes from the earth amen

We grew up with various meal combinations, but once i was tryng to read on alkaline foods, i came to something on food combining principles. We're used to pancakes w/ butter and syrup, then we read something... many are said to be lactose intolerant, but a young man who has a dairy farm said they drank unpasteurized milk adn there was no problem whatsoever. Sometimes its in the prcessing that destroys some essentials we cannot get back (well he said something like that). What do you think-- the link to the food combinations reading here, to avoid acidosis and indigestion:

Food Combining—Food Combining Chart—Food Combining Diet |Food Combining Rules | Proper Food Combining | Food Combining Recipes

And theres a link to bad combinations at the bottom of the article:
Food Combinations—Bad Food Combinations—Weird Food Combinations | Healthy Food Combinations | Food Combinations For Weightloss | Food Combinations that burn fat

Ps. Maybe some indigestion remedies that will help provide indigestion relief and remedies so you wont need to click on that again.
  • Stop smoking.
  • Keep one's weight within normal limits.
  • Eat slowly and keep meal times relaxed.
  • Cut down on or eliminate alcohol, tea, or coffee.
  • Eat more alkaline forming foods properly food combined.
  • Do not take aspirin or other medications on an empty stomach.
  • Avoid acid forming foods that are highly spiced or loaded with fat.
  • Avoid eating an acid forming diet due to improper food combinations.
  • Change acid forming attitudes and beliefs that contribute to indigestion.
  • Avoid eating a high-protein diet that requires an overproduction of digestive acids.
  • Try alternative natural health treatments such as a variety of exercises, hobbies that are of genuine interest, meditation techniques and therapeutic fasting. They are all aimed at lowering stress levels and changing attitudes and beliefs that contribute to indigestion.
  • Keep a record of food intake, daily schedule, and symptoms, if any. Food diaries may at times reveal psychological or dietary factors that influence indigestion.

Let me bump this, as i was really hoping some feedback on food combinations.

[h=3]1. Never eat carbohydrate foods and acid foods at the same meal.
2. Never eat a concentrated protein and a concentrated carbohydrate at the same meal.
3. Never consume two concentrated proteins at the same meal.
4. Do not consume proteins with fats.
5. Do not eat acid fruits with proteins.
