500g self raising flour
1 can Sprite (340ml)
250 ml cream

Mix everything together well.

Roll out and use a cookie cutter to cut your scones.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25min.

This sounds like it would be fun to try, but alas, I am currently doing low-carb. Have you tried this with ginger ale, by chance?
