I'm allergic to Wheat and have tried bob's mill gluten free flour.... they were like thick dense rocks..... I definitely will try this!!!
I think I'll add some water... to make a thinner batter to make crepes.... miss them!!

the Pamela's g/f pancakes are really good...i tend to say 'eww' to g/f stuff, but the mix seems just right.
it's a bit, er, almond mealy when it's uncooked, but you can't even tell it's there once you cook 'em.
I will definitely try this. I've just sworn off pancakes (despite having it as a fond past time with bf) on reviewing aspects of carb habits and affects.... this could be a great solution! Glad I stumbled on this yayy.
I had pancakes for breakfast this morning with butter, whip cream and maple syrup. They were Aunt Jemima and were the flour variety. I know of no other kind.
Think I am going to actually try this fried banana pancake. What is that purple stuff on the plate. Is that something to be concerned about? I am surmising it is smashed berries of some sort. Those are good too. I will need to get another can of
