here is a tip for all that struggle with learning. eat blueberries, fish & spinach. they all are proven brain foods. but to get maximum effect, forsake white sugar & white flour!

i also do not like spinach but i eat it. long ago i read a list of the top healthiest foods on earth & spinach & bananas were tied for 1st place!
