My unicorn asked me yesterday what is the purpose of giving his views when other views will be pushed upon him in debate, often completely unbiblical? He expressed the desire then to open an inn on CC to receive all despised, oppressed, beaten up, in debates or in life. Like it happened to this certain man who went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

This place is to help give rest to all those who are weary of labors and debate on BDF. Have a seat. Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Come unto Him, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and He will give you rest. Take His yoke upon you, and learn of Him; for He is meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. There is also provender for your horses, and straw we also get daily in great quantities from BDF by un-stuffing all the strawmen.

As you rest, you are invited to share Scriptures, your insight on them, so feel free to share with others of the Journey in edifying way, sing and play music, tell a testimony from your Pilgrimage, what you've heard lately bards spend their ink on - about the legendary Pilgrims who inspired you, as drink or eat something, food for the Body and soul. :) This is considered on topic.

The abominable derail on here is debate or being hostile in any manner to fellow travellers, and those who find amusing to debate here, I will have my unicorn take to an unknown location in the Candy Mountain and they will wake up missing both kidneys... If you want to debate differences in opinion, you are most kindly asked to please open another thread and do it there.

Matthew 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Hey, snake and donkey could talk.
And unicorns are in the Bible!
Some Living Water on the Rock for you, to help rest you from labor? May Jesus bless your day! :)

Sighhhhhhhh – I think I will kick back next to the fireplace and peacefully strum away on my guitar.

Would “THE NEEDY PILGRIM INN” make a good chat group?

I just first of all want to thank all of those here,in the inn or that will show up, that have helped me in my walk with the Lord. A couple for sure I need to name Dcontraversal and eternally-grateful for helping me prove my solid faith in Christ. Oldhermit and Angela for their wisdom and knowledge. My special Blue_ladybug who keeps me in check when I need it (which was way too often). And finally my good friend SoulWeaver who's friendship, discussion and music has really touched my heart. I thank all of you (and so many more), my brothers and sisters in Christ I love you all so much. :) now let's sit back and enjoy fellowship together in the peace that can only come from God.

Luke 2:1-7
Now in those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus, that a census be taken of all the inhabited earth. This was the first census taken while Quirinius was governor of Syria.
And everyone was on his way to register for the census, each to his own city.
Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David,
in order to register along with Mary, who was engaged to him, and was with child.
While they were there, the days were completed for her to give birth.
And she gave birth to her firstborn son; and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Does this Inn accept all major credit cards?:D
Offer Breakfast deals?
Are we allowed to keep the little shampoos?

Great thread........I was wondering who wants to debate on unicorns though?:D

Free keys for rest to the weary? I like that.
The keys to the Kingdom of Heaven are free too.....and if most would remember where they left their keys, most debates would end within 5 posts. :D

I guess I just gave my two cents to stay here?

I kept my little shampoo and the little conditioner as well but I did not steal any towels. Stepped on a pile of unicorn pooh in the parking lot but that was 'cause my head was up in the clouds admiring the rainbow. My bad.

Luke 2:8-14
In the same region there were some shepherds staying out in the fields and keeping watch over their flock by night.
And an angel of the Lord suddenly stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were terribly frightened.
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people;
for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
“This will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,
“Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased.”

Merry Christmas to each of you!
i love you guys. ♥

For you my friends –

Isaiah 61:1-3
1 THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

Matthew 28:20 (excerpt)
…and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Merry Christmas

elf, you're welcome. I'm always happy to exercise my ninja drill instructor skillz..lol.. I'd like to thank you also, as well as Ugly and Tintin, who both have put me back into line a few times. We are here to edify, correct, uplift and reprove each other and said correction should always be appreciated and learned from. :)
