Well I don't want to disagree but if you have the true saving faith of Christ, God doesn't give you more than you can handle. (Actuallly God allows it He doesnt give it). Read 1 Cor 10:13. Then read Romans 5:1-5. When we truly understand these verses we can see how God works in our lives to bring us closer to Him.
ooh ooh remember when you were a kid and reeeealy had to go to the bathroom but your parents were like hold it in or try to think about something else im like what do u think im doing lettin it loose?? or if not thinking about it five minutes ago didnt work what makes you think it will now? its the perfect parenting punishment, not letting them go when they really gotta go

You need to just get over it (concerning my life situation) Healing doesn't happen overnight in many cases.
I'll be praying for you. Honestly that one gets thrown around alot and doesn't happen. I have to be careful myself not to say that if there's any possibility of me forgetting to pray for the person.

My pet peeve are two comments Christians throw at you when a loved one dies..."They're in a better place" and "call if you need anything" which are both code for "Im too busy to help you through your grieving process so dont bother me with it.I'll salve my conscience by bringing by a plate of cookies which should cheer you right up and you'll be over it when I see you in church next Sunday".Extremely so, a pet peeve for me.

Ya Ive done that too many times too.I was talking to my cousin once and she has three young boys all under the age of 8.She told me she was dizzy and laying down and I said Id pray for her and hung up.Well this is an ailment that I suffer from constantly and I thought how uncaring I was.I called right back and prayed for her and she broke into tears.So my best advice is pray right then,wherever you are pray right then.Then you will not forget.
