I don't think that statement is entirely true. Guys are not stupid and they are very intelligent. Although, like me we may not make the smartest decisions. Now as far as the reading the minds part, I don't agree with. For example when I don't understand something or need something reinforced I ask for clarification. I try to verbalize my desires with my friends and family, although I am not perfect and do struggle at times with this.
