First, find one person with a genuine question on a controversial topic they are confused about. Have them start a thread. Then add 1 troll, known for being quick to respond to such topics who simply attempts to tell the OP they are wrong. Now find a few irrelevant posters who will just rephrase the question or say something totally off topic or isinformed. Next, you'll need some people to yell at the troll, after you've got everyone in a big argument wait for someone who actually has something worthy to be posted to speak up.... Only to have their post buried in the heated debate. But wait- you still need to have the OP come back to fruitlessly try to redefine their question in less controversial terms only to confuse themselves further.
