.... I had sat under wise teachers before. Little did I know........ how little I know, yet.

This man who just spent three days with us has such a brilliantly simple understanding of who (not what) the church really is, that I felt like this was the first time I had ever been shown Jesus. I wish some of you guys could have been there...... (but just SOME) :)

The simple yet more truthful answers to God's ways seems to always come from those you least expect.
I have seen more truth come from the less fortunate then those who are well schooled from biblical colleges.

Honestly? "Yes", it did..... in some ways. Yet I feel lighter and happier than I have in months.

(I'm honestly not used to doing so much thinking that direct challenged some of the ways I have just accepted.)

That I'd amazing and wonderful Willie-T. I find that surrounding myselfvwith those who love God,...makes be much stronger and happier. The word is a wolf pack out there! Especially for a caring single woman. Because of God and Christian friends, I have the strength not to drown in sorrow anymore. I cannot change the world! But its certainly not going to change me. I'm happy you feel so joyful inside! God bless you Willie!

No problem. Sometimes, the way we humans have butchered it, even the words we call "The Bible Truth", and try to pass off as God's will can be a literal wolf pack.

Yes, I write and mail letters -- but I type them on my computer because my handwriting is so awful! LOL

I taught in a Sunday School class full of 3rd and 4th graders and I learned so much from them and to be honest I think I did learn more of simplicity in Jesus than I taught them. It is truly amazing what children can teach adults.

Did your church record any of it that you could share with us?

I so love it when a church feeds the family of God.

If you learned some great things, please share them.

My 4 year old grandson told me that when Jesus healed his finger, He crawled out of his heart, went down inside his arm, and reached his finger to make it well. Then He crawled back up through his arm, into his shoulder and back into his heart.

Now that is a very concrete (not abstract) example of the awesome presence of the Lord within us and in our heart.

I already have, but privately with just a few. As I said in my first sentence, I simply had my eyes opened to how much more I really should learn. That will take me some time.

All of it was recorded. But the teaching in the workshop won't be available to the public, and only to me in a week, or so, on discs. It was agreed by all present that too much personal information was shared that would just get people attacked by others if it was made common knowledge. I'll talk to Michael (the presenter) to see if we can work around some of that.

But both preaching messages this morning will be online, however. Probably by Tuesday. I'll post the address then. (The Sunday services, themselves, were very good too)

When we stop learning, we stop growing in Christ

(but, that may just be me)
