I watched a whole 12-part DVD series by Beth Moore on the Book of Daniel. I didn't agree with everything in it, but I don't agree that she's a false teacher. We all have some dodgy theology. She seems to have the main tenants of the Christian faith intact and that's what matters.

Currently I am reading ' The Pilgrim of Hate' by Ellis Peters

It is one of her many books...in the Brother Cadfael mystery series

Brother Cadfael was also a BBC show starring Derek Jacobi.
It was brilliant! I have watched every show...but this is the first book I have so far lol

Brother Cadfael is awesome.
He solves mysteries by ways of old during the crusades in England. Under the reign of King Stephen.

Sure is. :) He's most known for that, East of Eden, and The Grapes of Wrath. I've only read Travels with Charley prior to this and seen the movie, Of Mice and Men. :)

The most fascinating book I have read this year was The Jesus Driven Life by: Michael Hardin.
The best last year: Saints in the Arms of a Happy God by: Jeff Turner.

well, I log all the books I read nowdays and then I get an endless to read list :p that mostly how I use it

My granddad suggested John Steinbeck, Grapes Of Wrath and The Moon Is Down, I'll check them out.
