I came here to be with fellow believers and to learn about God and so I have. the only thing I don't quite like is that the site doesn't expand much, many ppl put suggestions in the suggestion forum about thread we could whci I have seen some really good ones or other good things to make the site better but most of the admins and mods are volunteers and robo op the owns the site is usually quite busy so nothing ever gets done.
I joined CC when I was at my lowest in the dark pit of depression. I could literally envision myself hanging from a rafter on my back porch, and I knew something had to change, so I started making positive changes to achieve that. I started collecting bible verse pictures, and looked online for a good christian chat website. This one was the only one I found that I could preview before deciding to join. 
I most definitely have found what I was looking for in coming here. CC has been my lifeline while I was confined to bed the last 4 months. Not being able to do anything else, I would've gone nuts if I hadn't had CC to come onto and get and give prayers and support.

Very strange... your join date is June 27th, 2011. You've never posted anything in all those years but today you want to examine why users have joined.
Perhaps your byline in your profile explains that. It reads: "I have often regretted my speech, but never my silence”. Well, you've certainly been silent, I'll give you that.
In answer to your questions (which after all must be important to you for you to break silence after almost 4 yrs) is:
I joined CC to find fellowship.
Yes, I have found that with several godly folks.
What's missing? I don't think anything is missing, per se. I'm sure running a forum and chat site is demanding and sometimes exasperating. Plus you're dealing with a whole world of personalities and people with serious life situations. I'm not technology savvy really so I guess I'm not qualified to answer that question.
I'm just thankful to God for the people I have met and who have become my friends.

i was bored one day. i searched for christian chatrooms and found cc. i would go into the chatrooms but didn't chat much. i didn't become super active til this year though, mainly in the forum. i just randomly started posting in threads, and now i'm part of the cool kids club lol.

I thought l was signing up for Netflix....

I was online and this site somehow popped up on my screen....I looked around and saw the amazing people.....I decided to join for the fellowship after a few days of looking on it and trying to figure out how it popped up.....The part that really attracted me was the fellowship I saw on one thread in particular. (I am sure many know what thread it is)
Having been able to go out in public and therefore church, meant I was unable to fellowship with other Christians. This site has really helped with that.
