Paypal process is you contact the Seller I have done that today and put a dispute to paypal about website abc but I dont want anymore emails I dont want to be emailing the owner of the website* from my inbox(* that was a scam website) in case he puts viruses on my computer- he has emailed me with 3 different email addresses so its possible with that fact that he may also give me viruses. So do I give him like what 7 days to give me a refund and if not go to the next level put in a claim and then at that level paypal gives me a refund OR just dodge all this process and put in a claim say 4 days time (considering the weekend would be outside business hours its friday NZ time and I put in the) considering I dont want viruses on my computer from him emailing me. Its really tricky to get around :

Paypal's process is to contact the seller but why if its a suspicious website with a bad web rating and I dont want viruses from emailing him? But if I dodge hearing back from him that wouldnt be good on my part and I didnt give him perhaps enough time to give me a refund.

I feel pretty amateur at this so would appreciate your advice. - in short I've got to give him at least 4 days for a refund thats what I know I do need to do.

1.) do NOT EVER buy ANYTHING online!

2.) Install WOT (web of trust) on your browser(s). It puts colored circles on the links before you click them so you know if you're going to a good site or not, and it gives you ratings. wot.com

3.) Tell paypal why you suspect this site is a scam.

4.) Lastly, do a full scan with your anti-virus AND get malwarebytes anti-malware and/or super anti-spyware.. Be sure to download the FREE version.
