Just a passing question. I have been applying to a lot of places for a job. I mean A LOT. And I often give them my professional email, and that is often different from the email that I ask them with. Or I ask them with my artsiesteph email. Do you think maybe they think I'm a bot or something or sketchy because I don't use the same emails for both?

Because out of all the things I have signed up for, I have literally only gotten responses from volunteer corps and that one guy that was kinda sketchy. Am I missing something? Just curious.

God Promises in HIS WORD to watch out for you, to guard you, to provide all that is needed for life now and in the world to come.
this doesn't mean we won't end up under a bridge, or in a shelter, homeless with Jesus, or even executed for our faith (as happens frequently in many places yesterday and today and tomorrow) ...

For now, by sheer grace of God, out of many many good jobs with good reputations , i've almost always only applied to one place whenever i was looking (and sometime not even looking!) for a job, and got it.
i saw a lot of others in similar job hunts / education/ etc/ apply to 2o or 3o or even 112(they say) places and
still not get a job in 2 years.

also, the published number of applicants for most publicly advertised jobs/positions is often like 300 applicants the first day a job is available to apply for. sometimes thousands of applicants.

pray constantly, pray about everything with thanksgiving and praise to God for who He is, and trust and rely on Him completely by grace and faith in Jesus..... even if thrown in the lions den or the furnance... trust Him and never , no , never ever deny Him, even unto death.

For professional email, make sure it involves your name whether if it's your first and last name or your first/last initial and the full name of either your first or last with it. If it's taken then also use your birth year. Having a name, for example, like nikkiluvsdogs(atsignhere)email.com is not going to seem professional or give business owners a reason to hire.

Yeah my professional is my first name, last name, and my profession (art). So it's pretty basic and straightforward, I dunno...

Have you taken a look at the many example templates available online?

Well I had a professional class about what to do during senior year of college, and they gave us a big lesson about emails and email ettiquete. And the biggest thing was getting a good email, so I based it off their examples...

Are you giving an email to them in order to apply? I know that it has to be within formal letter type of format, so I can't say if it's some error you may be doing with that if it's the case.

Yeah, all the places I've applied to so far have been online. There has also been craigslist, in which a lot of the time they ask for resumes via email.

as you may already know, (craigslist has been very useful the last ten plus years) but
be careful as it is as anonymous as this forum is....
don't send personal information to unknown, untested, unproven places... check them out and pray a lot!

and maybe enjoy the relaxing though lower priced jobs through an employment agency if yahweh permits when sabbath is over.....

(read IN SCRIPTURE) the blessing YAHWEH gives concerning HIS SABBATH (not man's).....

O yeh there has been people that were super sketchy which I figured I shouldn't apply, and then there was one guy I found out was the ONLY person of the company and I was more than worried. So I didn't do the job.
