We are both blessed and kept peaceful by your prayers and feel the presence of Christ in this room as we await my husband's release into total healing. It is so close now...

Today was Winston's last day on earth. He left peacefully and surrounded by much love. Our family had some very special moments with him, and he said that he felt that not many people who were dying had the blessings that he had through his friends and family. He said it all came from knowing Jesus, and that to know Him is the beginning of heaven.
He blessed everyone who visited him in some way. And loved every face.


Some of you really carried our family through this time by much prayer that brought comfort to my spirit. I will never forget you!

Joi, I am so sorry for your loss. It's good that he was surrounded by family and that you all got to say goodbye. Take comfort in knowing that he is with Jesus now. No more pain or discomfort, only joy and peace.. :) You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. *big hugs*

our Father 's love is so very comforting in the season of our mourning -
but certainly the scripture will come to pass, Joy comes in the morning'...
