I am finding that misunderstandings are as common as pronouns in these forums, and so I wanted to create a thread where people can hash out any personal issues they might have with me.

Rather than derailing others' threads, if you have a disagreement with me and it has become personal -- bring your thoughts here, instead of staying off-topic in other threads.

Let me have it -- you can't offend me! If I have done wrong -- let me know!

Why would you make a thread like this? lol :D Eh, I don't know what is going on between you and some of the other users, but I think your best bet is to let them address you in PM. No need to make it a spectacle. I saw you questioning someone defending Continuationism, and it is good that they are. Cessationism is a false doctrine after all! lol In defending Continuationism they are defending the gift of tongues, thats why their focus was on refuting cessation.
 
I've got to be somewhere by 7:30, so I really don't have time to address everything I think you need to fix..... so, I'll skip it. Thanks, though. LOL

I have chronic insomnia. I don't have much of my mind left. So, what would you do with my mind if I gave you a piece? (It has to be something worth me handing it out for. And, no, I'm not angry with you, so even if you come up with something useful to do with my mind, I cannot come back to be harsh with you. I can't. I'm only harsh with people when they're harsh. You do something good sometimes that can come off as something bad, but, got to warn you -- if you take a piece of my mind, I'm the same way, so it won't help. lol)

Don't have a problem with you brother but I do see where you are coming from because I have a couple on here that do the same to me.

Instead of sticking to the topic they derail the thread just to engage in a heated debate with me, but as most see it does not throw me off my game. I just still stay calm in responses as they spout off unedifying things back !!!
 
I'm fairly new here and I must say that I think I can be quite funny at times and I don't remember you ever "liking" one of my funnier posts...how rude!! :p

I have no quarrel with your nor anyone else here as I am new, but if you had squabbles with others, wouldn't they have issued complaints to the admins and try to get you banned? I do not know how this stuff works yet. Just wondering.

Hmm.. I am unaware of an offense. However I think as in all technology quickly written communication many people can read and/or interrupt it wrong and take offense.
 
After one month utilizing the forums here at CC, I am finished.

I want to thank those of you who showed me kindness, encouragement, and support during my visit! Even those of you "tough lovers" out there -- I learned some valuable lessons for myself through your stern, yet loving words.

I am not leaving with a bad taste in my mouth either; overall, this was a positive experience for me -- but the value gained was not worth the effort put forth.

Perhaps when I'm retired or otherwise have plenty of extra time on my hands, I'll return.

Until then, stay frosty.

Yeah, PW.. You can't make a thread like this and then jump ship.. again.. :/ If you gained ANY value here at all, then it WAS worth the effort put forth. Now stop acting like a wimp, man up, and stay here!! If WE have to put up with malarkey here, so do YOU.. lol.. :cool:
