Please read what is legally being done to food, herbs and vitamins. This is a great attack on our health.

Quest

WHAT'S BEHIND CODEX ALMENTARIUS?
Behind the Codex Alimentarius Commission is the United Nations and the World Health Organization working in conjunction with the multinational pharmaceutical cartel and international banks. Its initial efforts in the US with the FDA were defeated, so it found another ally in the FTC. Now Codex, with the FTC and the pharmaceutical cartel behind it, it threatens to become a trade issue, using the campaign of Operation Cure-All to advance its goals.

Codex began simply enough when the U.N. authorized the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organization to develop a universal food code. Their purpose was to 'harmonize' regulations for dietary supplements worldwide and set international safety standards for the purposes of increased trade. Pharmaceutical interests stepped in and began exerting their influence. Instead of focusing on food safety, Codex is using its power to promote worldwide restrictions on vitamins and food supplements, severely limiting their availability and dosages.

REAL GOALS OF CODEX
This is to bring about international 'harmonization.' While global harmony sounds benign, is that the real purpose of this plan? While the stated goal of Codex is to establish unilateral regulations for dietary supplements in every country, the actual goal is to outlaw health products and information on vitamins and dietary supplements, except those under their direct control. These regulations would supersede United States domestic laws without the American people's voice or vote in the matter.

WHAT CODEX WILL BRING
What can we expect under Codex? To give you an idea, here are some important points:

 • Dietary supplements could not be sold for preventive (prophylactic) or therapeutic use.

 • Potencies would be limited to extremely low dosages. Only the drug companies and the big phytopharmaceutical companies would have the right to produce and sell the higher potency products (at inflated prices).

 • Prescriptions would be required for anything above the extremely low doses allowed (such as 35 mg. on niacin).

 • Common foods such as garlic and peppermint would be classified as drugs or a third category (neither food nor drugs) that only big pharmaceutical companies could regulate and sell. Any food with any therapeutic effect can be considered a drug, even benign everyday substances like water.

 • Codex regulations for dietary supplements would become binding (escape clauses would be eliminated).

 • All new dietary supplements would be banned unless they go through Codex testing and approval.

 • Genetically altered food would be sold worldwide without labeling.
According to John Hammell, a legislative advocate and the founder of International Advocates for Health Freedom (IAHF), here is what we have to look forward to:
"If Codex Alimentarius has its way, then herbs, vitamins, minerals, homeopathic remedies, amino acids and other natural remedies you have taken for granted most of your life will be gone. The name of the game for Codex Alimentarius is to shift all remedies into the prescription category so they can be controlled exclusively by the medical monopoly and its bosses, the major pharmaceutical firms..."

The various illnesses popular in our society - like Cancer - are huge profit to pharmaceutical companies. If they were ever to cure Cancer, they'd be out of business. It's their job to keep the stock holders happy, not cure disease. Why should we be surprised that the rich and powerful have corrupted themselves this way?

I have some video from Fox here speaking about DCA. DCA was discovered by researchers at the University of Alberta. DCA kills most forms of Cancer, and the best news of all? You can't have any!

Why can't people dying of Cancer have DCA? Because it's not profitable, so the Pharmaceutical companies won't sell any. Despicable!

Bill C51: taking away your right to natural health products in Canada...

Vitamins Minerals & Herbs Illegal in Canada? Bill C-51
(proposed changes to the Food and Drug Act): If you want to be able to take vitamins and
herbs to help maintain your health, then it is time for you to act,…this
outrageous covert Big Brother government maneuver must be made public and
stopped. In Canada the law making
process takes place in a public forum with our elected officials voting
for or against them. They are held accountable to the public for their
decisions. If Bill C-51 passes, it will allow laws (with 'Draconian' penalties) to be created
behind closed doors, by government agents (in the pockets of Big
Pharmaceutical companies and international trade groups i.e. NAFTA) who
may not have our best interests in mind. For example

1. 75% of natural health products will be
unable to obtain license for sale, therefore rendering them illegal
& discontinued.

- all other Natural Health Products will be placed in the same
category as drugs ('therapeutic products') making them only available
through prescription (i.e. 'please doctor, could I get some vitamin C?')
- either lack of products to sell, or the yearly fees per product ($300-$500 each) will put most manufacturers or distributors (except big Pharmaceutical) of natural products out of business (i.e. 500 products X $500/yr = $250,000/yr!)
- be sure and close the drapes if you plan to give your child an herbal remedy or have some peppermint tea (see #2).
- this is all being done in the name of safety, even though there has
NEVER been a documented case of death due to vitamins or minerals.

2. WITHOUT a warrant, government inspectors will be able to (all just for growing or having your own herbs, vitamins, or minerals):
- enter your private property
- take your natural products (garlic and blueberries?) and seize your bank account
- levy 'Draconian' fines up to 5,000,000 and/or seek 2 years in jail

Ahhhh...Glenn Beck.
That voice of unbiased reason that the whole world should take notice of.

How about we see if this new "miracle cancer cure" gets passed by peer review before jumping to too many conclusions.
I could show you 100 that have been touted as the "cure" and then faded into the sunset.

Honestly QT, you wonder why I accuse you of being a consiracy theorist when you quote Glenn Beck as a source of your truth.

And before you jump up and down.

Do you honestly believe that a panacea for cancer wouldn't be one of the biggest money spinners in pharmaceutilogical history?? If not THE biggest?

If your theory ran true, we wouldn't have seen progressive medicine surpass aspirin and the band-aid.

Go and get some fresh air mate.
