Here is a different vaiety, it doesn't work on me, but maybe it does for some of you guys:
Focus on a point in front of or behind the picture, not at the picture itself

I saw it, looked like a stag and a small deer. You kind of have to look at it a
bit cross eyed.

Try looking at it at close range until your eyes cross and then slowly backing up. Its a stag and a young deer jumping over a log, with trees in the background. I LOVE these things :)

I've tried for years :p I think it is because the yellow spot in one of my eyes is damaged that I can't see it
