And maybe it is only me, but I want to be known... I want to share pasts, and dreams, and hopes, and joys, and pains, and laughter, and tears, and thoughts... I want someone here to know who I am, and not just see a screen name and an occassional prayer request.
I can't stress enough, this is my only place of fellowship: I can't find a home church in my area. I am not surrounded by Christians. I can't be a part of the world around me, because it does things that I cannot do and serve God.
So I sit here alone... staring at a computer screen, and hoping someone reads my little forum posts, and responds. Not just to pacify me, or patronize me, but to take a chance to get to know me, and give me the opportunity to get to know them. Tomorrow, I will work, I will study, I will run, and then I will come home, and stare again at this screen.
