The sweetest thing just happened.

A family that we really liked left our church (doctrinal differences) about two months ago. Anyhoo, I was just saying the other day how much I miss them

The door bell just rang about ten minutes ago. We opened the door, and here was their sweet little five-year old standing there on our porch. She burst right in, and gave me the biggest hug. I thought I was going to cry.

I just love it when kids do that:)

I know this past Monday before meeting my best friend for dinner I had to drop something off with another friend. When her two kids saw me they ran and knocked me down to the ground giving me the biggest hug and when I had to leave they didn't want to let go, it blessed my heart.

we were so blessed recently, an old friend that moved away many years ago has
children that we got to know through each of us helping each other and Bible Studies,
well, they are all grown-up now with little ones and medium ones of their own
and they came by for a visit...

we built a bon-fire, went on a nature walk and had hours of wonderful fellowship...
when it began to rain, we all, (12) came inside and shared so much....the bonus was watching
the children play together in a loving-harmony in a very small living-room...with no accidents!!:)

another bonus, many good and lasting memories made for everyone...our Father is good!
