I keep forgetting its name, but I'd like to make it, so need the real recipe.

Chop up veggies -- particularly celery, carrots, and peppers, but anything else you have on hand is good. Then put them all in the food processor until it's one big mush. Heat in a frying pan until there's no water left. Add ground meat until that's in tiny pieces and well browned. Then add tomato sauce and heat. Plop on top of cooked pasta.

I really suspect herbs are required, but I don't know which herbs, thus I need the name of the dish so I can cook it.

I think that it's called Hamburger Helper.

"Bolognese." (Hubby has it on his computer.)

But, hey! I figured it out, so I'm happy.

IDK. I get my Ragu out of a jar. (Hubby's the chef. I'm just seeing if I can make dishes he likes that can taste good, before he comes home. So far? I made a lovely looking acorn/butternut squash soup that tastes like raw onions and peppers. AND nice looking chicken dishes that taste like bland chicken even though I added herbs.
