I have a cousin who doesn't have any responsibilities and has a habit of going anywhere he wants at any given time. He usually runs off to Vegas to visit his sister and play his hand at poker. This man goes anywhere he wants and a part of me wonders what not having any responsibilities is like, but I also like having a schedule of things to get done. Before you say anything he's paralyzed from an accident when he was about 18 and hasn't slowed him down, if anything it's encouraged him to go faster.

What are your thoughts on it? Would you rather have a set schedule every day or do what you want when you want to do it? If the answer is yes what would you do?

I already do what I want, when I want to do it. It's pretty sweet!

So I guess it's like much ado about nothing and yes at times it's nice not doing anything, usually when that happens I fall asleep, so I try to keep busy so that doesn't happen. Ha!

That does sound great. Have you done any fun road trips? I know my grandparents loved doing that after my grandpa retired, but stopped over two and a half years ago when my grandma's Alzheimers got really bad.

We have one planned real soon. Then, after that, a rail trip to Alaska.

I like freedom(within reason). I think I'd get bored with a set schedule. I probably go to the grocery store three times per week, because I don't like buying lunch/dinner in advance. I don't know what I'll want the next day or the day after that lol. Obviously with things like work, it's not always a choice.. but I'm definitely against a set schedule when it can be avoided.

Uh....WOODSTOCK has already passed...you missed it! GOD has a plan, a purpose, and has a work ethic for you. When you walk in His spirit, not all things are revealed instantly to you...and you should LOVE that! It fits your personality, as expressed by your own comments. The gift of discernment would be much needed on your part. lol

Maybe a set schedule but the freedom to deviate from it if need be? Im very routine oriented and the slightest deviation from my routine is extremely annoying
