I'm drawn to young adults and hurting people, mostly women. However, I'm attracted to older people for their wisdom. God has a remnant of people for each one of us. So the people you're drawn to are actually being drawn to you. They are your church and you are theirs. Your life is a living example for them to find Jesus.

I'm drawn to approachable, friendly, humorous, down to earth people. No Debbie Downers! :p

Deaf community. Although I do not feel sorry for them, I've always had a heart for the deaf community as well as special needs.

Deaf community. Although I do not feel sorry for them, I've always had a heart for the deaf community as well as special needs.
My 7 year old daughter ha profound hearing loss, she is functionally deaf. But she had a operation for cochlear implants, and can hear with them on. Sort of like eyeglasses for the "deaf".
She is behind in her speech, and doesn't always pronounce well, but is catching up in bundles lately.
Because of her, I have met some people in the deaf community. Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
It is true, when we are weak, we are strong.
God bless us in our infirmities.
