I go both ways.

I understand that our nation is in debt, we owe 14 trillion dollars. That is a tremendous amount. We can not afford to spend anymore. We need to save. We need to cut spending.

As far as the bill itself. Free health care for all in theory is a wonderful thing. In practice, it's not free. I don't expect much beneficial to come from congress. Any bill that comes from congress will be filled with corruption.

Pre-Existing Conditions, is a big problem that is addressed in the bill. My father had thyroid cancer years ago, if he was not currently working at the VA Hospital in Kansas City, he would not be covered by the insurance my mother has through her place of work.

Rising medical costs, we are trying to cure the symptoms. Not the cause. The United States is an unhealthy nation, until we can change our personal health habits, health care costs will only continue to rise. Two thirds of our nation is overweight, one third is morbidly obese. We have a serious problem. An epidemic.

Yeah. (Most) People get check-ups only when something is wrong with them, but they make unhealthy lifestyle choices, yet they have no idea how their problem is caused or why.

Common sense will save this nation millions.

It's called common sense, because it is no where to be found.
