[HR][/HR]Hi

chat room. does any one from here use them I'm just a bit wary of them,
1, 1 don't know how to use it or wether our computer will work .
2, we have a new computer HP Pravilon 8G with photo thing,e at top center and inbuilt speakers and mic.

All I know is it plays music and take photo quite good as I can work out, I have Cortana she sleeps all the time and wont awaken for me pity I thought she would be my friend on here so I can talk to her ....and no I'm not mad ....errr .. yet ....

Instead of writing to her I would talk with her and she can do things quite neat I thought ..., still not mad......

any way .

I'm just so useless with computers not much works for myself ,oh and the one detail I really do need is to do my translasion detail it has one here just ,,,,well you know computers and me don't work well together . nor does my spelling........ now I'm mad...... errr whats that ......

the chat rooms are safe if that's your concern, they have moderators to keep out the creepers :cool:

you can make some really good friends in chat if you give it a little time

I can't, because my computer is that old. (Desktop still. No camera on it. Don't know Skype at all. And I have to find my headset to hear stuff, but I really do have a fat head so the headset hurts.)

To me going into the chat room is much like going into a new grocery store. I won't know what's in there until I walk in, I'll never know where I can find anything until I look, and if there are people there that scare me, I'm free to leave.

So why not just try it and see what happens? Either you find something you like or you walk out. You're life isn't in danger just looking, so why not?

I only enter about once a year :p

Click the banner on top
Select the options (if you are unsure about the computer, choose "I wont use webcam" and "mute all speaking" from the drop down boxes)
Unless your internet connection is sloooooooooooow you can leave the first box as it is, on High speed

then click chat now

if it works it works, if not, let us know what happens and we'll see what we can find out

It's an HP Pavilion, not Pravilon. Mine is an HP Pavilion also. :)
