I gave her my gloves, a little hug and said a quick prayer with her for safety on the road. As I was walking over to my car, she said, "So, are you like an angel or something?"
This definitely made me cry. I said, "Sweetie, at this time of year angels are really busy, so sometimes God uses regular people."

That's the second real life story I've read on here in the last month where it starts out with a car dying before just making it into a gas station, then something wonderful happens, and then the car works.

How come I get the "and then X was wrong with the car and it cost me $XXX" version?

I would have never even thought about coupons and gift cards for more MickyD's, so God definitely puts the right person at the right spot at the right time.

Maybe God has big plans for you and the car repair people needed to hear the gospel. :)

And, "No. It's not another dead battery. It's the alternator."

It figures that God would use regular people because he is reaching regular people.

What we forget is when God speaks, it must happen. All things are subject to him.
