A few days before Mother's Day and CC's ultimate Mom has decided to move on.
I understand.

Thank you for being such a kind friend since day one.
Love ya, I will miss you and I'll see you when we get there.

I bet I'm not the only one who thinks CC needs a million more Ellies.
Please share. (I'll make sure she reads these replies.)

Ellie was the most kindest, helping person on C/C.
She cared for everyone, trying to keep peace.

The whole forum should be all Ellies, so much better
with kindness. I know that I will miss her helping any
one who needed it. Such a sad day here at C/C.

Ellie, you are loved and missed already, we understand.
We'll still chat, you're the greatest girl. Frank

She didn't even say goodbye. I hate this, all the good ones leave. This makes me sad. :(

Now this is a sad story of a lost opportunity.

Ellie, if you read this, I want to apologize to you.

For a very long time, I had wanted to PM you to ask if we could get to know each other and possibly start a mutual mentor/student friendship. I've been looking for a mentor for so long and I knew from your posts that you'd be understanding, compassionate, and totally open with me, and I was hoping I could at least make you laugh with stories of my own blatant stupid throughout my life. I felt like I could be real with you, and that you would be real with me, because you were always real with "us"--your family here on CC.

But I got caught up in that one little word... "Someday."

"Someday... I'll write her..." And a week would go by. And a month. And I'd see your posts, and I'd still be telling myself, "Someday."

Ellie, if you read this, I'm sorry that I loved you and admired you from afar, and never pushed that blasted "Someday" aside to make it "Today" instead. If you read this and would like to, please get in touch with me and I promise I'll make up for the times I failed to write you and tell you how much I appreciate your thoughts and posts.

To anyone on CC who feels a connection with someone here, I encourage you not to make my mistake, and grab on while you still can.

You never know where it might lead.

Much love and many hugs to you, Ellie,

Your loving daughter (even if I never told you that),

SS.

I don't know Mrs.Ellie(psychomom) that well, I don't know how much she visited the bdf part of things. She seemed to be a nice lady from our conversing, and others seem to care for her a lot. I don't know what's going on in her heart, I'd hope she pray about it. I hope her love and peace.

Seeing how you and her are both my adopted mothers I wrote that poem bearing both of you in mind, you will never know how much it means to me to be loved as your son as if I was blood:)

I was on the thread where she was accused of being rude by a chatroom mod. She was gone 10 minutes later. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

Well this is the poem I wrote her but it also is for any moms out there who want to read it
A silver leaf a golden bell a royal crown a story to tell, such is the things a child bears given from a mother whose heart doth tears. Time is cruel and time is short a mother knows this and so builds in inner fort.
She hides the truth from her own heart that her child is not the baby she knew from the start, they grow in wisdom and the grow in age gaining understanding like a wise old sage. What she wouldn't do to turn back time to see her child of youth on the turn of a dime, but look at the mother bird and consider her ways even she knows her hatchlings must fly today.
With their head held held as they learn to fly their wings abroad and touch the sky they test their wings they give it a shot a fire in their eyes burning oh so hot. They are eagles so noble and bold as they soar from the nest their home of old, the mother bird is both warm and cold she has pride in her eyes yet so I am told, the dagger of time makes her strength begin to fold.
A mothers day and a mother way is living each moment with her loved ones today though the hatchling may never consider the sacrifice the tears the love given, the love and the warmth from her never withers. A day goes in and a day goes by a time to laugh and time to cry but every mother knows inside there must come a day when her child learns to fly

A mothers day poem written from the heart. who can understand the pain of a mother who knows that one day her child must grow up and leave her embracing arms?

There is always a trigger.....one that goes beyond....the trigger that breaks the camels back and there is usually someone pulling that trigger..... I don't know the what's or why's but people STOP PULLING THE TRIGGERS THAT MAKE GOOD PEOPLE LEAVE!!

What is wrong with you folks....don't you realize that as Christians we are on the same side? We do have an enemy but it is not each other.

Ephesians 6:~12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

satan and his evil helpers are the enemy....

John 13:34A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so also you must love one another.

I miss you so much already Ellie and beg you to come back.....hugs and prayers....

Which thread? I think it takes 24 hours to delete an account. Not sure, though..
