Hi all,
Today I received a copy of " The Pilgrims Progress" , by John Bunyan in the mail.I have been meaning to sink my teeth into this book for well over a year now ,but to my great consternation I found out, while reading the foreword, that this particular edition has in fact purposely done away with much of the doctrinal discourse between Pilgrim and his companions. To me, this takes out the heart and soul of of this gospel allegory and while many copies of this book are to be found, it seems like it is quite hard to find the " real McCoy".
Please could someone suggest a publisher that does NOT sell abridged/ tampered with copies of this magnificent gem of a book.
Thanks!
