Oh, this is about the exact opposite of that as possible, except it's also not true. I have had your experience before. Now, supposedly, I'm the one doing it. This is where my frustration lies, but I have taken the first steps to resolve it.
I just have no idea on what to do if the second step needs to happen.
Then again, this is no big thing. Real life is, so at least God got me off the fixating wheel. lol

Which direction are you coming from? They sinned against you? or You sinned against them? As I read the OP sounds like they sinned against you....
If you PM'd them and they are not responding in a Christian manner, then you know you tried and then as Christians we are instructed to Matthew 5:44But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven.
If they continue to do what they are doing then do as Blue suggested with the Mods. They will still need prayer.
My situation was I didn't like the way other person was expressing themselves toward others as it seemed to be browbeating the gospel or their ideas of righteousness to general population and I was also wrong in my joking way with a touch of being sarcastic to try to get them to lighten up a bit...
I realized I was also wrong and did try to come to a resolution with the person and knew they wouldn't read my PM to them so didn't bother with that just trying in an open thread that ended up being closed. The other person got banned but not at my request.
I was wrong in my original approach to this person. I had to ask for forgiveness for my part and pray for the other person too that God would help soften their heart. I have found that when someone else pushes my buttons then probably both of us need prayer.
It is never wrong to try and do the right thing for the right reasons.
Hope things get worked out better in your situation.

I was able to take the first step finally, so I'm hoping God works it out from there.
I really do have no clue how to do step two though, since I've already tried mods -- more than once -- and nothing happened.
