Okay, I will try that as soon as I can. But in the meantime what should I have it?

Well then I think I know the problem. It happened to me. When you click the "browse" button to find the image on the computer and upload it, before you actually upload it you have to add ".png" at the end of the file title. If that does not work try ".jpg" because the website needs to know what file it is uploading and for some reason the computer does not.
I've never once, in 5 years, had to do that.

It could be the image is too large. There is a limit. So perhaps copying it and making it smaller. Or you can create a simple web site just to host pictures and link it. I do this for some pictures. I use Weebly.com, it's pretty simple and it's free.
And make sure it's a proper format. Just randomly adding .jpg or .png isn't really the wisest way to go. Chances are the format was neither to begin with, for perl, and that's why she had to change it. There is, otherwise, no need to have to manually add it.

Or you could ask in the User2User Tech Forums if nothing here helps you, as that is the place to ask such questions here.

I remembered how it happened to me the other day. I had scanned something in and the copy machine did not add an extension to the image. By adding .png the type was defined and it worked.

Yeah, That would have been smart on our behalf. But you can't blame two people who are on a coffee high and sleep deprivation. :)
