My wife was just introduced to this at her spa this morning. She told me about it, and I tried it with a cardboard tube I happened to have lying around. We are headed out to buy one this afternoon. This is fantastic!

There are plenty more videos online that show a lot of uses that are different from this video.... check them out.

I can't believe how much more relaxed I feel after only five minutes on that hard cardboard roller. I honestly didn't think this was possible without paying $80 an hour, and up, at a massage parlor.

Huh that's pretty cool, I use the ab carver pro 30$ from Walmart though if you have back issues might not be good to start off with.
