I have a wonderful praise report regarding my smoking. Today I have only smoked 4 which is the least I have ever smoked in 1 day. Normally I smoke 18-26 a day. God is removing the desire little by little one step at a time. Hallelujah praise the Lord glory be to God who sits on high. My deliverance is at hand. Lord I pray that you don't let up now. Give me the ability to completely quit. I pray this in Jesus name amen!

good to hear that... lines of a song ring in my ear: just a little bit (3x) will be more than enough... i cannot remember any other words nor the rest of the tune.
