The past few days I haven't been giving enough time to God. I feel very guilty over it. I have had many things that has needed to be done. Working 12 hours a day, shifting my body to night shift, paying bills, cleaning the house, working on the house, and other important things that have needed to be done has kept me from spending as much time with God as I used to. I need to find a new balance to be able to get my priorities done and spend time with God. I know I'm not alone in this. I am pretty sure it's me or satan making me feel guilty over it. How do you spend more time with God when you are so busy with life and things that must be done?

Careful brother. Guilt is NEVER from God.. rebuke that :) I started to download apps with devotionals and stuff that I check on every once and a while. Plus I started to make God a part of my daily routine. Every night when I go to sleep I reflect on the day and use it for prayer. And if I see I didnt do a lot that day I take more time in the evening for him. I even made some flash cards kinda with one side of bible verses and the other of where it is written. So even when I am in a rush, as theyre all over the house, I see them and get reminded of him

Have you tried just talking to God while you are at home working? You don't have to be on your knees every time you converse with the Lord. Also, if you have a phone put a sermon or two on it or listen to the bible while you are at home.

I know how you feel mate. Getting up at 430am for work, coming home in the afternoon and looking after 2 toddlers until 7pm, I don't feel like doing a thing at the end of the day, and I don't feel like I spend nearly enough lone time with God. I got no solutions except try and include Him in all our daily activities and honour Him by doing a good job and loving people.

You spend time with God just doing the things that need to be done in the support of your family. You have nothing to feel guilty about.

Spend as much time with him as you can. "Pray constantly," as Paul taught us (1 Thess 5:17). You can pray and work at the same time.

Well, about the guilt,

Jesus was asked one day who would not be forgiven of their sins, he said, the one who knows, and sins still.

He then went on to say, the one who knows, does not sin, and the one who sins, does not know, and if the one who knows does sin, he doesn't really know.

basically, he was saying it was impossible not to be forgiven, because sinning means by his own words you can't know of it and the way to know if you are going to sin makes it impossible to sin. So feeling guilty does not come from him.

As far as making more time for He you are seeking after, it is like making time for anything else, you have to clear your schedule. He, would understand more than anybody you would ever talk to, you are designed with needs, and you have to get them done.
Perhaps you could pick a time a week, not during your work schedule, where it does not matter what is undone, trying to be with He you pray to is top priority. A time at night would be easier, when there's less you could do during, perhaps this can even grow into a deeper practice some day.

He brings up a good point, you can spend as much time as you can.

He hates rituals which lead men to believe they have dependence of them to access He who does not like rituals. You could start reaching out to be with He you do seek by reaching out in your head, without stopping and kneeling and being obvious, while you are between things, while working, anytime you do not need your thoughts to accomplish a task during time.
