No such luck. I was born and raised in the festering sore known as Wyoming, and now have been trapped in Iowa for the last 16 years.
Oh my Goodness! I am so sorry if I have ever been at all unkind or less than compassionate to you. I didn't know.

No worries. I'm just here in Iowa until my PhD is concluded and my Dad has passed on from this world, and then I'm hitting the road. My cabin will be done by then, and I can have it pulled onto a rollback trailer and hauled wherever I want to put down roots.

Right, because you have your blinders on to make sure that's all you see. Now... read the rest and learn.

Yeah like my "blinders" compelled the admin to close certain threads because of the hate spewed by the far right Pharisees on this forum.

There are a lot of good folks in the Montezuma area... I got to go pheasant hunting up there once, and the people were just wonderfully friendly and gracious...

Jenny... there was a guy that did commercials in Lubbock several years back, and he would talk about his heating and air conditioning bidness....

Caused many a face palm and head shaking....
What? Ain't no sane person sayin' "bizniz", it's bidniz/nez...lolol...oh, btw, found this one on the internet...

https://www.women.com/nicole/quiz-do-you-have-a-southern-accent#/question-48301c96

This is what I got:p

You are a TOTAL southerner! You like pronouncing words with an accent and are SUPER proud of your Southern roots. You say "y'all" on a regular basis and like the twang in your voice. You probably sip sweet tea on the regular and talk about football on the porch. Your friends all speak the same way and you love it!

Hahaha...I don't really have a southern accent.

If your looking for a place to settle, there's none better than good ol Texas.. You can even pick from some different types of scenery. Got the variation on flatland an beautiful hills in west Texas.. Lots of forest in east Texas.. Or if your more the surfer type can settle down along the coast somewhere..

The effect of culture

A study was done of black kids on station with service families in Germany.
They performed like any other kid.

But when they returned home, and got back into the black culture, there
scores dropped.

So yes it is racist to put up the scores of a particular racial group as if they
are a problem to be resolved by getting rid of them.

You could do the same by putting together all the poor and making a list.

It is called polarisation, and it is wrong. But then a large number of americans
still believe slavery is a good thing, and a dead black man is one less problem
to solve.

We are called to love and believe in people and Gods grace to them.
It is strange that someone who claims to believe in this grace thought it
worthwhile posting this message to this forum.

I haven't seen the ones you mentioned. The last movie with a racial undertone/overtone I remember watching was American History X, and I couldn't finish it. I didn't understand the point of the movie.
Get through that movie, YIG, the ending brings it all together. It has a very powerful message and you'll see it will be worth it.

You keep trying, don't you?.... I'll give you that much. Too bad we never got to meet, face-to-face in a dark alley as young men. LOL

Most of us also wonder where Peter Jens gets even half of his wild ideas.

This post goes to show you that when you get the Gospel wrong like this man does, usually other areas of your life and thought processes are wrong as well.

Can you beleve he actually said "large numbers of Americans still believe slavery is a good thing and a dead black man is one less problem to solve". This is an outrage sir. There is something wrong in your heart and head. You profess love but show NONE of it.

Followed by the completely mixed message of "We are called to love AND BELIEVE IN PEOPLE and God's grace to them."

He constantly puts a grain of truth in with heretical lies. Slamming people, then ending his posts with a false humility of HIM granting that he still loves us.

Yes, I've had him on ignore for 8 months or so, but still see his venom and half-truths on other's reply.

The point of that movie is that racism is a learned behavior and their prejudices can be overcome when you see things from other people's perspectives. Also when you have a younger person looking up to you and following your example then you are accountable when they follow your bad example
