All the football threads have grown old ... time for a new one ..
University of Tennessee plays in about 30 mins . First time in about 15 years I have really been excited about their season and believe they have a real chance to take it all ...

Michigan State begins their season on Friday playing at home against Furman. Michigan at home against Hawaii on Saturday. I'm all set. Tennessee is fielding a very good team this year. I rooted for them when I lived in Clarksville in the early 80's. Beautiful state.

App state is no pushover ..they was like 12-1 last year and famously beat Michigan a couple years ago ... lots of returning starters from that 12-1 team

Watch out for the washington huskies --- I see the qb play a few times in HS and he is the Real deal ---

I remember when the Huskies seemed to always have good teams ... I'm 47 haha

It was Colorado, Washington, Nebraska, Notre Dame , Michigan , .....

i live right by a football stadium. So traffic is murder and i can acually hear the announcer right now lol. I dont watch it though. Not my thing.

Honestly even if they were to lose they still have a shot they way the system is now set up --- if im not mistaken the Nation champ will play i think 15 or 16 games ...
