Just recently at work, this guys truck I load and unload, we have both discovered that we both are Christians. And lately he's been saying I need some advice from you and how do I be this and that etc and he somewhat really looks up to me.
Honestly I don't know why he does, but I've been praying and telling God I'm least to be giving 'christian' advice and I somewhat feel hypocritical. Anybody else felt this way with themselves?

Yes I think we all do.

Clearly this person sees something in you though and
I've learnt over time that a person's age and job, does not relate to their
spiritual maturity.

God has brought you both together for a reason, use this opportunity to
pray and try to help. If you don't know something tell him you would like
to think about it and pray first or look it up, or ask your church pastor. There
is nothing wrong with not knowing the answers straight away.

By the way it will be a good learning curve for you as well!

You might also be a link in the chain, maybe others will help him further down the line.

God bless
x

God says that often things are backwards to what we think - the last shall be first, the meek shall rule, the poor woman gave the most - I think the fact that you see yourself as the last to be giving Christian advice, may be precisely the reason why God led this person to you.

You have a good attitude about this. In humility before God we can be an instrument in His hands.
