Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this thread. There are many in the body of Christ who are confirming that The Lord has raised up Donald Trump as a Cyrus figure in order to lead our nation. Is Mr. Trump perfect? No, but Jesus isn't on the ballot and the alternative is far, far worse. Brothers and sisters, we must vote for Donald Trump.

I personally had a dream where The Lord shouted, "VOTE!" and showed me the consequences if Mrs. Clinton gets into office. The body of Christ needs to do her part and vote for the candidate that will promote a climate of liberty for the spreading of the Gospel and a Supreme Court that will uphold righteousness. To stay home would be to sit idly by and vicariously endorse a Supreme Court that will lead generations of children astray in a spiritually blind climate and ensure they grow up in a country that is only a shadow of what it once was. That is reprehensible.

Mr. Trump's moral lapses are not an excuse to deny his candidacy. Those who show mercy shall obtain mercy and for anyone who says they love The Lord, they will yield to His plans and purposes for this nation. His plan is the election of Donald Trump, someone who will surround himself with evangelical leaders and continue to refine his character.

Please, there is no excuse to stay home. Absolutely none. Had evangelicals voted for Mr. Romney instead of staying home because he was a Mormon, he would be president today. What was the alternative to Mr. Romney? What is the alternative to Mr. Trump? To make the same mistake in 2016 as the body of Christ made in 2012 would be negligence at its worst. Do you want to stand before The Lord one day and have to give an account for as to why you sat complacent?

A Christian who stays home is by default voting for Mrs. Clinton and her far left vision for America. There is no excuse. The body of Christ needs to put aside religious pride and a puffed up, judgmental flesh in order to vote for the candidate that The Lord can work with in order to preserve what is left of this country.

Thank you for reading. Now, I say to you what The Lord said to me in my dream: VOTE!!

Christians have the power to decide this election just as they had the power to decide the outcome in 2012. Why would anyone with that power stay home and risk the election of Mrs. Clinton? Why would anyone who has that power risk the loss of future generations and the erosion of this nation, which is the great hope of the Earth? Why would anyone, knowing the mistake Christians made in 2012, make that same mistake again in 2016? We have duty to the next generation to honor The Lord with our vote and we do that by casting our ballots for Donald Trump.

It is not ego, it is a heart yearning to see this country preserved and the next generation restored. Forgive me if my intentions seem like anything less.

Please forgive me if the title seems overbearing. I just ask that Christians please vote in this election. Why would we make the same mistake again by staying home, especially when so much is on the line? Let us honor The Lord with our vote and let us vote for the man He has raised up for this hour in obedience and humility.

Sure, vote for the guy who is sponsored by NRA .... that way you all get to carry guns, and that's what matters, isn't it?
(It seems like it, reading some of the threads on here)

You're going to get a lot of nasty responses over this. Its a pity. But there are Christians here that either wont vote,or will vote for Hillary. A very great pity indeed.

If the wrong candidate get in office, God is able to fix that. If both are wrong, He is able to fix that too.

IMO we think like it's all left up to us.

Poor God..... people are always standing in His way, keeping Him powerless.

Well, the fun part is that both sides will it that way about their opponents.

Actually, I pity you no matter who wins. I just hope whoever does win doesn't ruffle Putins feathers any further, he is crazy enough as it is at the moment

The world is on edge either way. We're coming down to the last days. You can see the sides being drawn.

But the laws of a nation determine the amount of freedom the people have and the level of persecution Christians will or will not face for spreading the Gospel. God can give His people the grace to go underground at some point and the boldness to speak up in the face of legal consequences, but is that the climate you want Him to move in when it can be prevented or delayed by your vote? Because at some point, the country will head in that direction if we keep voting in the direction the nation is voting. God can play a role in strengthening His people in persecution or moving the heart of a king, but we have our part to play, too. To sit back would be to allow a climate that is increasingly hostile towards Christians, and He can't fix that away with a magic wand.

I have noticed people that have never voted before are getting out and voting for Trump.
