Are all TV preachers false prophets or is there someone worth listening too?

I think Charles Stanley of In Touch Ministries is awfully good. I don't see many TV preachers, but the ones I do see don't impress me as false prophets, though once in a while they seem to say some pretty strange things.

Second vote for Charles Stanley. But now that we can stream online and more churches are adding their sermons on their sites, I can think of others worth watching. They're just not on TV.

There is all kinds of lists on the internet and videos on the youtube saying they are false.
I actually like Perry Stone. His sermons streamed live on YouTube on tuesday evening are good.

I avoid TV preachers. Charles Stanley is the only one I trust. Mostly TV preachers seem to be centered around the prosperity cult teachings.

I am very sure that they are not all false prophets. In fact, probably only a few. You want to know my biggest problem with TV preachers? People substitute them for being accountable to a church. Sorry, it isn't the same thing.

Television evangelists are the same as everyone else, flawed. Some are truly believers and some aren't, not my place to say. I don't care for Joyce Meyer (her voice rubs on my last nerve), but I gained knowledge from reading her book...or at least a new idea of what could be true. Tammy Fay and her husband were pretty laughable, but some people did gain understanding from their teachings. The list goes on and on...

I'm not a fan of any television evangelists, but I am not their target audience either. Whether or not you like someone, you can still learn from them if you stay open to learning about God. God can use anything to further His purpose.

I have been told Charles Stanley advocates...

--Free Grace Theology
--Millenial Exclusion

Is this true?

Paul Washer and Robert Jeffess are definitely not into the prosperity game. But be warned, a lot of people don't like them.
