Hey people! So I haven't seen a thread like this so maybe this can help somebody out there who's like me.

The only things I dream about are things that people call nightmares, but I've had them for as long as I can remember so I just get used to them and call them dreams, since they are the only dreams I get. Sometimes, I get a dream every so often that is more disturbing than usual and I really need to tell someone and get comfort or just some kind of good opinion AT LEAST but that's hard to get when no one really wants to listen to your dreams.

Have you ever struggled with that? Have you ever told God your dreams, but it wasn't enough becuase you just wanted a human being to take interest and comfort you even though you have God?

I am here and if you want to get a dream (or as many as you want) off your chest, then please do. Use as much details as you like and tell as many dreams as you want becuase I know sometimes we just keep things bottled up until we explode. Lol so you can explode you dreams here :)

The only dreams I ever have are stupid ones. Like the empty house I went into and every time I stepped on the carpeting, it opened up and tried to eat me whole. :( LOL

I don't have dreams I can recall every night, but the nights that I do, they are nightmares. Sheets soaked with sweat, heart pounding nightmares. Been that way ever since I started having night terrors as a child of 9 or 10 years old and it's never stopped.

I've had various nightmares throughout my life. One of the more recent one were demons outside my house that were angry trying to break the door down while sliding notes about how God was pleased with me which made them more angry to get in. The majority of dreams you can feel when it's turning in to a nightmare so I wake myself up before then.

Well that is fortunate lol at least the demons weren't mad at you for a good reason (if that's even possible lol) and you can wake up

I had a season where I only had nightmares to the point that I didnt want to go to sleep. I brought it to the Lord and took a lot of time with him and got rid some stuff (dreamcatcher) and did some intensive prayer for cleansing and blessing of my subconcience and the Lord to watch and be in my dreams and it ended. Took a while but it did.

I used to have night terrors and sleep paralysis pretty much every night. Now i don't have them anymore, sometimes on a rare blue moon i might have a bad dream because ive been getting sloppy in my walk, or i may have been influenced by something that isn't so nice. I know for a fact if a person lives in fear that they are almost always destined to have nightmares.

Thankfully, I haven't had a nightmare in a long time. Unless you count my sister who shares a bed with me...she regularly punches, kicks, or otherwise pummels me in the middle of the night. LOL...I love her anyway.

When I was younger I used to have a lot of dreams about my family members turning into evil, brainwashed zombie-like things and trying to kill me.

Now I mostly have stupid dreams about nonsense. But now that I actually look back and think about it, the majority of my nightmares now usually involve me needing to use a gun and it misfires, is ineffective, or I can't find them. And it just now occurred to me that those started up when I bought my first gun, which was a total loser and always misfired.

Wow, I just made a discovery about myself. XD

Nightmares? Only when I spend too much time reading stuff on the BDF.

I seriously had a nightmare last night. I was laying in bed with my heating pad and I fell asleep. Nothing strange there right? Well, I dreamt of being in the grocery store and picking up a few items including my favorite peanut butter, Jif! Only I didn't see it on the shelf and I searched and searched only to come up empty handed. They had the crunchy kind which I love, but I wanted creamy. I was disappointed and frantically searched the store to see if they had a special on it at the end of the aisles or something, I asked an employee who didn't know what I was talking about so I left without my peanut butter:( i tried going to another store and the story was the same, no creamy Jif peanut butter and bought crunchy peanut butter....I was devastated. I woke up this morning frantically went into the kitchen and found a full container of peanut butter and I was happy as can be....
