So I got a wondercore smart for Christmas - this is it in case you wondered.

So over Christmas I tried a few gentle stretching exercises on my left leg.
Its not been quite right since I pulled my back got sciatica and a trapped nerve in
August.
It really did work wonders on my leg, it feels like something has been eased or released.
So full of confidence I decided to try the "easy" 35 minute work out on the DVD which
came with it. (Take note of the word easy here).
Oh my word - it seemed a good idea at the time, only today every muscle in my body
aches and I'm walking around like John Wayne. I keep forgetting I'm 48!
I don't feel 48!
Anyway I wondered if you have ever almost exercised yourself to death!

well not to death, but as a long time 'work-out' enthusiast, I've had my share of aches...even a couple of injuries
I would recommend beginner Pilates for toning and getting your body prepared for some of the harder stuff
it really works!
worst thing you can do is just to jump in...injury is preventable
