SO, who uses the word so before every other sentence?

So, does your last statement make you three times as lazy? Haha 
I sometimes start sentences with "Well." When we were kids visiting relatives, we always knew it was almost time to go home when we heard our father begin a random sentence with, "Well." LOL. It is symbolic of something, yes? So is kind of like a set-up of sorts... So I was walking down the street the other day, and who should I run into but so-and-so!

When we were kids and we'd say "well" mom would say "there's another hole in the ground" I was older before I got it. lol

"Well that's just ridiculous."
So what are you saying, that I'm lazy? I guess I am because I think I probably use it a lot.
So I guess that qualifies me as using cliches? I don't really thing so. At times it's a filler as I think of what I want to say next.
Sometimes I use it instead of therefore. Or instead of for.
