Kind of hard to figure out where they are since I don't go around looking for them and really don't want to find them. But I live in Philadelphia, PA. So I'm guessing it's a toss up among these choices:
-- The mafia.
-- Ku Klux Klan
-- Jehovah's Witnesses
-- probably a few biker gangs
-- street gangs
-- Scientology
-- Our city council.

I don't know the name but it's a pedophile cult that owns the whole region about 2yrs ago a bunch were arrested up north and west of here a judge might have gotten fired for convicting a pedophile who had sex with his 12 yr old daughter.

A Masonic Lodge, a Lutheran church, and a Muslim Mosque are all sadly within a mile radius of my house. I disdain their presence greatly and pray they will all fall down one day and the poor souls within will be liberated. At the same time I have to laugh to myself how that sounds like the beginning of a walks-into-a-bar joke.

Yes they have a presence here too. Over the summer I was visiting a friend and he had two other friends. They were going to the bar and I was going home so I hitched a ride back with them. The driver, whom I only met once was swerving all the place on the road playing with his phone and speeding.

So I said "yo slowdown and focus on the road you are gonna get us pulled over or worse."

He replied "Oh it's okay I'm a Mason"

I said "No one gives a flip if you're a Mason up here, the police aren't going to care and death does not discriminate."

I will commend a lil bit, he heeded the words, slowed down, and stopped playing with his phone long enough for me to get dropped off about a quarter mile from my house where my steadier legs bore me home.

Believe it or not, masons share a strong bond where if a fellow mason is in need they will help them... IF you are ever in a court room and you see a lawyer stick his right hand into his suit right by his heart... He will win the case guaranteed. That and sticking up both arms and making a 90 degree from should to hand are considered their SOS signs... If a mason is ever to use them any masons near by must help him with his cause.

Oh I know about that. The way their little clique skews justice with their double-standards is pretty infamous around here. It is quite the only allure for my beloved peers in joining their cult so that they can peddle heroin and meth and commit many manners of crimes with near impunity. They think they are cleverly secret, but they're not as hidden from the eyes of the base common man as they think they are.

So I knew what the fellow was meaning, but as for me being not one of them, I wouldn't expect the same clemency from hypocrites nor would I expect death to take it as an excuse that I was not the driver.

Maybe you should move to another city. Between the mafia, Ku Klux Klan, and city council, I'd always be on edge.

They're out there, I just don't know where. I know that there are churches and there are CHURCHES. Probably a few spiritual churches out there too and Masonic (free masons) halls. Sometimes it is like we are tiny lights in a dark dark world.

About four miles away we have some sort of strange church that only listens to recorded sermons of a particularly dead person. There are some other odd rumors about them that I don't know are for a fact true, but they are definitely a strange bunch.

Phili? Well that isn't hard.

The closest Cult to you, I'd wager is the New Black Panther Party.

Phoenix is supposedly a big recruitment capital for ISIS.

I didn't see too many Muslims while I lived there, however.

I didn't know that the UMC and the Lutheran Church would be considered cults........

Not saying I agree with every single one of their doctrines; I just had no idea they could be classified that way. ;)
