It's easy to forget this when we are going through different
seasons in life isn't it.
Its easy to remember God when life is easy and we feel positive
and blessed and we have those mountain top moments.
But even when we are walking through the valley, God is still on the
throne.


1 Kings 20:23,28 NKJV
[23] Then the servants of the king of Syria said to him, "Their gods
are gods of the hills. Therefore they were stronger than we; but if we
fight against them in the plain, surely we will be stronger than they.

[28] Then a man of God came and spoke to the king of Israel, and
said, "Thus says the LORD: 'Because the Syrians have said, "The LORD
is God of the hills, but He is not God of the valleys," therefore I will
deliver all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know
that I am the LORD.'"

Which season are you in. Admittedly I feel just like the characters in
The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, that it's always Winter and
never Spring. I have to keep reminding myself that God created snow
and He walks with me leaving deeper and bigger foot prints than mine. :)

I am the modern Jonah. God always gets me where he wants me to go.

And then I remember, "I could have gone by ship instead of fish stomach."
