You know.....as a man I am hardened to and by many things....My dad was killed when I was three and I had three stepdads growing up...The first one tried to kill us for the SS check from my dad...the second one was abusive and the third one stole from both my brother and I....I have lost two children and have a severely handicapped child whose health is beginning to change and fail.....As a Marine I also learned to deal with hardships as well and to be honest have had numerous issues in life that have hardened me like the loss of my best friend of 42 years a few years ago and the suicide of another very good friend....I even went through a very low period of drug use (couple of years) after the Marine Corp.....very stiff, hardened man to many things.....here recently I have had a personal issue that has broken my heart....nothing to do with health or financial etc.....just a very personal issue that has really bummed me out......probably one of the most difficult things I have ever had to deal with...........

Just pray for me.....I really need it!

We all have bad days, some more so and in Big Bold Letters too. Personally i have had them and often it's my fault when i see i have forgotten, ignored or overlooked something, so feeling bad is natural. but when things are out of our control, it seems harder. May the Lord show His grace, mercy and love in this difficult time in your life.

Hi Dcon, reading your story breaks my heart. :(

The Lord Jesus Christ is in the center of your heart and continues to mend the pain, the agony and the loss that's there. It may take some time, but remembering He's always with you may help along the way. fullsizeoutput_70.jpg

And also, please know that you have a great cloud of witnesses here that are grieving and weeping with you. When one hurts we all hurt.

Here's a group hug from all of us! I hope you sense the degree of love we all have for you and hope you know that you're not grieving. When you're at your worst, Jesus is right there and we're right there too lifting up your arms to make the weight you're carrying to lighten somewhat.

God bless you and keep you, God make His face to shine upon you, and be gracious unto you, God lift up His countenance on you and give you peace! Much love brother!!!
